Do I need experience to rent an ATV or UTV? +
No experience required! We welcome riders of all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned trail veterans. Every rental includes a full orientation so you feel comfortable before you head out. Just let us know your experience level when you book and we'll match you to the right machine and trails.
What's included in the rental? +
Every rental includes the vehicle, helmets and required safety equipment, a trail orientation and briefing, detailed trail maps, and a full tank of fuel. We set you up with everything you need to have a safe and amazing time on the trails.
How old do you have to be to ride? +
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. Passengers can be younger — children are welcome to ride along with an adult driver. Please contact us for specific age and weight requirements for each vehicle type.
What should I wear? +
We recommend long pants and closed-toe shoes at minimum. Layers are a good idea, especially at Brian Head where temperatures can be cooler at 9,700 feet elevation. Sunglasses or goggles, sunscreen, and gloves are also recommended. We provide helmets — you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
How long are the rentals? +
We offer half-day (approximately 4 hours) and full-day rentals. We also have hourly options available at select locations. Contact us for current availability and pricing — options can vary by season and location.
Can I make a reservation in advance? +
Absolutely — and we strongly recommend it, especially during peak summer season (June–August). Machines book up fast, particularly on weekends and holidays. Use our contact form or call us directly to reserve your spot. We'll hold your machine with a deposit.
What's the cancellation policy? +
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 48+ hours before your rental time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — your safety always comes first and we'll work with you to reschedule.
Are there trails for beginners? +
Yes! All three of our locations offer trail options suitable for beginners. Duck Creek is especially popular for families and first-timers — wide open meadow terrain that's forgiving and fun. Brian Head and Panguitch Lake also have easy entry routes that build in difficulty as you gain confidence.
Do you offer group or corporate rates? +
Yes! We love group bookings — bachelor parties, corporate team outings, family reunions, church groups, and more. Contact us for group pricing when booking 3 or more vehicles. We can also arrange guided tours for larger groups.
